Todd was a great guy and I met him when he was with the Sheriff's Office. He was compassionate about his job and will certainly be missed. My condolences to the family. - B. MOZINGO, SLO

Todd was a gentle, caring young man - a student who cared at SMCC. He will be missed by many who knew him.

Todd touched so many and did so much. His loss will be evident in the community he served. The Carner family and Dundee Community Schools has a heavy heart. Aaron Carner.
